When will my order be shipped?
We know you can’t wait to receive and start wearing your new Concept Statement gems. And we can’t wait to get them into your hands! But, as we are a small business, please allow us between 1-4 business days (Monday to Friday) to process and ship your order, starting from the order confirmation date. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order is dispatched. If applicable, you will also receive a track and trace number.

The Netherlands: €3.99 or Free shipping for orders over €55 and more.

The parcel fits through the mailbox.
Other European countries: €7.99 or Free shipping for orders over €80 and more.
Shipping to these European countries always includes track and trace.
Expected delivery time once shipped: 2-10 business days.

*The track and trace €14.99 shipping rate is ONLY applicable for the following countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Martinique, New Zealand, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South-Korea, Thailand & United States.
Import duties, fees and taxes for deliveries outside The Netherlands.
Although we hope and pray that your order passes customs without it being noticed, we know this is not always the case. All custom duties and/or taxes that may incur as deemed by the recipient's country's legal regulations shall be borne by you/ or the recipient. So please keep this in mind when placing an international order. For more information about possible custom duties and/or taxes, contact your local authorities.
Delivery Delays
Possible delay in delivery may occur due to Covid-19 or other reasons such as bad weather and custom clearance procedures. In some cases, packages may take longer than usual to get delivered. Please click here and peruse the information provided by our courier service.
My order is lost, what now?
In the case of lost parcels with a track and trace, please contact us via info@conceptstatement.com. Please include your order number in your e-mail. We will provide a suitable solution based on your situation. Please note that refunds will only be processed upon official confirmation from the postal service. The inquiry could take up to 8 weeks to conclude.
Want to stay up-to-date on the exact location of your order once shipped?
Please select the Track & Trace shipping option at the checkout. Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation e-mail will follow. This email also includes your tracking code and direct tracking link. We advise you to select shipping with Track & Trace. Please note that once shipped, your package is out of our hands. Take note that we are not responsible by any means for packages lost in transit that don't carry a Track & Trace code.
What happens if I accidentally order something to the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately via info@conceptstatement.com. Include your order number and your full correct address. We will gladly change your address and have it delivered to you. We love you, but we are not responsible for any failed deliveries due to incomplete/wrong address. Once your order has shipped, we cannot 'call it back' to rectify your mistake. We understand that shopping with Concept Statement can be very exciting, but please make sure to enter your address correctly at checkout.
