Rugeen Lodewijks

Hey, I’m Rugeen. Aside from being the founder and creative director of Concept Statement, I’m also a multidisciplinary creative working in communication. And if you clicked on my name because you liked what I did here, I’d love to hear what you’re working on.

My strength is understanding a business and seeing how it could present itself. I look at your market, your audience and what makes people choose you. Running a business myself means I understand that whatever we create needs to make sense for your business, too.

I’m strong in strategy, and I have a very strong visual eye. I can help you find the direction and translate it into something people can see, understand and connect with. That could be your website, your content or the way you present your brand as a whole.

I especially enjoy taking something complicated and making it feel clear. There’s often so much behind a business that the people looking at it never get to see. I love figuring out what deserves to come forward and how to give it the right words and visual presence.
